FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & AUDITS
WHCA finances are managed on a day-to-day basis by Aspen Property Management, with oversight by the WHCA Treasurer and the Council. The WHCA engages a professional accounting firm to conduct an annual audit of the Association's finances.
REPLACEMENT/RESERVE FUND
In accordance with state law and condominium best practices, WHCA maintains a Replacement/Reserve Fund, based on a professional analysis of the long-term funding needs of the Association.
WHCA ANNUAL BUDGETS
In accordance with state requirements and the Washington House Code of Regulations, the WHCA Treasurer submits to the Council a proposed annual budget for adoption by a vote of the Council. The budget is then ratified by a vote of the unit owners at the WHCA annual budget meeting.
