PARKING
Each residential unit at Washington House has two deeded, assigned parking spaces. Additional spaces are reserved for commercial unit use.
All vehicles parked in non-commercial spaces must prominently display authorized identification.
VEHICLES IMPROPERLY PARKED OR WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION MAY BE TOWED WITHOUT WARNING.
Unit owners and residents must display an authorized resident tag, hung from the rear-view mirror.
Guests of residential unit owners must display an authorized guest parking placard on their vehicles' dashboards and park ONLY in specified areas at specified times. Alternate guest parking may be available in municipal lots along Main Street and at UD garages. For details, call the City's Parking Division or UD's Parking Services.
Reserved handicapped parking is available on both garage levels. Vehicles parked in these spaces must have proper identification to avoid being towed. Contact Aspen for details.
